Colombian retailtech Celes raised $5M in a Series A round led by SP Ventures, with participation from Fulcrum Global Capital, 30N Ventures, and Taram Capital.

Founded in 2023 by Celes develops AI agents and predictive algorithms to help retailers forecast demand, manage inventory, and automate product distribution across stores.

The platform integrates with existing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, including SAP and Oracle, allowing retailers to automate inventory management without replacing their software.

Celes will use the funding to strengthen its operations in Colombia, Mexico, and Chile and expand into Brazil.

Celes operates in eight countries and generates 55 million demand forecasts daily across more than 8,500 stores. Its platform automates over 90% of inventory replenishment decisions. Clients include Olímpica, FEMSA Salud, and Tiendas Neto.
