Mr. Jaju to take charge of the post from outgoing CS K. Ramakrishna Rao

Telangana’s Chief Secretary designate Sanjay Jaju has called on Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Tuesday (June 30, 2026).
Mr. Jaju met the Chief Minister ahead of taking over charge from Chief Secretary K. Ramakrishna Rao who is retiring from the post. Mr. Rao who was given extension of 10 months since last August will formally hand over the charge to Mr. Jaju in the afternoon. Mr. Jaju is likely to start full functioning in his new role from Wednesday (July 1, 2027).
