AI-powered SaaS platform Kapture CX has raised $10 Mn (₹94.5 Cr) as part of its Pre-Series B round led by Bajaj Finserv Ventures. The round also saw participation from existing investors Cactus Venture Partners and India Alternatives.
Kapture CX said that the fresh capital will be utilised to enter new international markets, boost research and development (R&D) capabilities and scale product development.
Founded in 2014 by Vikas Garg and Sheshgiri Kamath, Kapture CX offers AI-enabled customer relationship management (CRM) software for enterprises. It also offers AI copilots that enable companies to resolve consumer queries, assist support teams and derive analytics from user interactions.
Kapture CX claims to have more than 1,000 enterprise clients under its belt, including the likes of Bajaj Finance, Cashify, bigbasket, Unilever, Coca Cola, Jockey, among others. It also claims to cater to more than 90,000 active users across 18 countries.
With a team of 350+ employees, Kapture CX is based in Bengaluru and has offices in the US, Singapore, Indonesia, the UAE and Philippines. Going forward, the startup said that it is targeting 5X revenue growth over the next few years.
The startup last raised $4 Mn in its Series A round in 2023. Since then, it claims to have grown its revenue 4X, while being profitable. Including the current round, it has secured more than $20 Mn in funding to date from names such as Cactus Venture Partners and India Alternatives.
“Since our Series A round in 2023, Kapture has grown 4X and achieved what remains rare in the AI economy – profitability. Having an AI-first organization like Bajaj Finserv Ventures lead this round is powerful validation of our value proposition…,” said Kapture CX cofounder and CEO Kamath.
The fundraise comes at a time when AI is emerging as a foundational pillar for SaaS and software development. Enterprise tech platforms are actively integrating agentic AI capabilities to refine their products and gain bigger market share. As a result, the homegrown enterprise tech space emerged as one of the most-funded sectors in 2025, raising $1.8 Bn across 82 deals.
The momentum has percolated in 2026 as well. Just weeks ago, AI startup ContraVault raised $3.1 Mn in a Pre-Series A round led by Chiratae Ventures. Prior to this in June, another AI startup HyperNorm AI bagged $2.2 Mn in its seed round from Capital 2B and others.
Earlier this month, Gurugram-based enterprise AI startup TrueFan AI also secured $10 Mn in its Series A round led by Baring Private Equity Partners India and Z3Partners.
