Managing Director of KPTCL and Dharwad district in-charge Secretary Ram Prasath Manohar V. has directed officials to give high priority to development of villages along with development of cities.

Chairing a meeting to review progress of Karnataka Development Programmes (KDP) in Dharwad on June 11, he said that real development is in development of villages, and work that facilitates the comprehensive development of every village in the district should be undertaken.
