All invitees attending the Chief Minister’s oath-taking ceremony at the Glass House in Lok Bhavan on June 3 have been directed to be seated at the venue by 2 p.m., two hours before the commencement of the event.

The advisory issued by authorities states that only individuals holding valid invitation passes will be allowed entry into Lok Bhavan. Each pass is valid for a single person and is non-transferable.

To ensure smooth movement and security screening, visitors must enter Lok Bhavan through Gopalagowda Circle via Police Thimmaiah Circle. Vehicles without invitations will not be allowed to cross Gopalagowda Circle, while entry beyond Thimmaiah Circle will be restricted to vehicles displaying valid car passes.

Officials have cautioned invitees against misusing passes under any circumstances. Any unauthorised use or misuse of invitation passes will attract legal action.

The swearing-in ceremony is expected to draw a large number of dignitaries, VVIPs and invited guests, prompting elaborate security and traffic arrangements around Lok Bhavan and adjoining areas
