
Telangana Rajiv Swagruha Corporation generated revenue of nearly ₹83 crore from open auction of 85 plots in Thorrur, Bhadurpally and Kurmalguda on Monday (May 18, 2026). The plots in the former two are located near some of the prime real estate spots in Hyderabad’s periphery. The maximum bid was ₹45,500. The corporation has auctioned the plots in these areas earlier as well.
The 66 plots in Thorrur, near Outer Ring Road (ORR) and IT corridor in Adibatla, measured 200-700 square yards in extent. While the maximum bid was ₹45,500, the minimum bid was ₹25,000 and the average was ₹32,500, said Corporation’s Managing Director V.P. Gautham.
In Kurmalguda, near Rajiv Gandhi International Airport and RCI, the 11 plots measured 200 to 400 square yards. The minimum bid was ₹20,000 and maximum was ₹27,500.
The plots in Bahadurpally, adjacent to ORR, measured 200-1000 square yards. The minimum bid was ₹27,000, maximum ₹40,500 and average bid was ₹33,800, according to the Corporation MD.
